Training and Refresher Courses

Contribute to the development of specialized training programs, including preparatory training for newly recruited staff to assume their roles, as well as refresher training and professional development.

Skills Enhancement

Develop the qualifications and competencies of personnel responsible for the construction, maintenance, inspection, and quality monitoring of public works infrastructure and facilities.

Machinery Operator Training

Provide specialized training for machine operators, particularly in aggregate production, asphalt plants, and concrete batching plants.

Public Works Personnel Assessment

Conduct, at the request of operators, the assessment of personnel in public works professions.

Public Works Internships

Organize practical internships for personnel working in public works professions.

Continuing Education in Public Works

Organize continuing education programs for public works personnel from public entities or upon request from private operators.

Seminar Organization

Organize technical, scientific, and educational seminars and workshops related to its scope of activities.
